Police tactical gear - Different items as part of duty gear
Tactical hydration systems, which are also an important part of police duty gear, because of the type of areas that police are often required to cover, is unimportant in the gun-related sports or games background.
Lots of things are included in the paraphernalia that is collectively known as police tactical gear, which is the essential duty gear of any policeman. Some of these are tactical vests, tactical gloves, tactical goggles, and tactical hydration systems. A tactical vest will do the double job of body armor and a backpack; because the functionality of a tactical vest allows it do the storing job while it can be worn like a protective jacket. It can come as a sleeveless jacket or as a harness. While it is a mandatory part of police tactical gear, those who are involved with airsoft guns as a hobby also use it. They use their tactical vests to hold spare ammunition as well as for snacks or a bottle of water, and in a way it is their duty gear as well.
Some of the tactical vests, whether used as police tactical gear, or for an air soft event or paintball, do an excellent job because of the number of pouches it has got. In many of the tactical vests, there are pouches for ammunition and magazine and grenade, radio pocket, interior document pockets with zips, and also extra attachment strips at the back of the vest. Tactical goggles are also a part of police tactical gear as well as a safety requirement against air soft guns.
Tactical gloves that form a part of police tactical gear may be made of leather, or of ballistic nylon. Hard knuckle gloves are available where the knuckles will be formed of hard polymer. In some models the hard portion may be covered by goatskin for soundproofing effect. Additional protection is also given to the tip of the middle fingers and index fingers. Other features of tactical gloves can be padding in certain portions to absorb perspiration. To enhance its functionality as a part of duty gear, some gloves taper on the dorsal side of the arm, instead of ending abruptly at the cuff.
Since a law enforcement agency like police will have to work in all sorts of areas like urban, suburban, or desert areas, where the local and natural conditions may not be pleasant, tactical hydration systems are always part of police tactical gear. These include water purifiers that can destroy the bacteria, however unhygienic the water source is. These tactical hydration systems can be used to purify bacteria in a bottle, an open container, or a glass, as the user requires. This important component of the police duty gear works by using ultraviolet rays to damage the DNA sequence of the microbes. Without functional DNA, microbes become ineffective instantly and lose the power of replication. Tactical hydration systems, while an important part of police tactical gear, are not part of the safety measures connected with playing air soft or paintball.
