First Camera Invented

History of Photography, development of the art and system of producing photographs known as photographs. Photography is so much a part of life today the typical person in the US might encounter more than 1000 camera images a day. Photographs preserve private memories ( family snapshots ) and inform us of public events ( reports photos ).

They supply a means of identification ( driver's license photos ) and of glamorization ( movie-star portraits ) ; views of far-off places on Earth ( travel photos ) and in space ( astral footage ) ; as well as minute scenes from inside the human body ( medical and systematic photos ). Many specialized commercial classes, including fashion, product, and architectural photography, also fit under the broad umbrella that outlines photography's function in the world today.

Have you ever asked yourself a query : what sort of world could we live in now if no outstanding person had invented the device that would capture the image of a person or a landscape? We could loose a large variety of kinds of art like film and photography. We could not have a chance to look through the mags with photos of some stars that we see at every step while walking along the streets.

A camera is a device that records photographs, either as a still photograph or as moving photographs known as videos or movies. The term comes from the camera obscura ( Latin for "dark chamber" ), an early mechanism of projecting photographs where a complete room functioned as a real-time imaging system ; the modern camera evolved from the camera obscura.

The camera was designed by Joseph Nicephore Niepce, a retired French military officer, who made the world's first true photograph of a scene. The camera was invented in 1826 in St-Loup-de-Varennes, France.
Niepce's camera 'Obscura' consisted of 2 wooden boxes, one carrying a lens and the other a ground-glass screen. The boxes were connected by bellows so the gap between the lend and screen may be varied. Also he invented an iris diaphragm which could be adjusted to alter the scale of the aperture and so sharpen the image. Also by employing a piece of paper which had been sensitized with silver chloride as the negative.
The discovery of the camera has developed significantly over time. Such development are making the camera transportable ( developed first by Friedrich Risner, German mathematician ), improvement in the films, electronic flash ( invented in 1931 by Harold E Edgeron, American shutter-bug ), colour picture ( taken in 1861 by English photographer Tomas Sutton, also invented the single-lens reflex camera ) and plenty more.

Now days, the camera has been improved such a lot that is conveyable, color, zoom and many more capacity and also it had differ significantly in sizes as well .
Without the development of the camera, we would not be able to take photographs of the past and photographs for us to remember from. Without it we could not be able to accurately record what has happened in the past. Also the development of the still picture camera led straight to the development of lots of other things such as motion photos.
